Hi. We have millions of apples surrounding us. What's the policy on picking apples? There are trees right off the bike paths and just off the roads, everywhere.
Thanks

If its not inside a private/govt property, go ahead and pick 'em.

AFAIK it is ok to pick apples that aren't on private property. My in-laws pick lots of apples every year and take them to a juice factory with their trailer. The apples are weighed and they receive an allotment of juice in return. The whole year they can just go to the company and get themselves bottles of any juice that the company makes, including grape juice and orange juice. They've been doing this pretty much all their lives.

Apples I didn't pick upon some bough.
But I am done with apple-picking now.
