Ok.

So I had an appt with D-telekom. I spoke to the Hausmeister service and informed them that i need access to the techniker room for my new office.

I Told them where I live and where the office is that needs the connection ( They are in the same building).

Monday Midday, the HV turn up.. Open a Techniker room for me..

I ask the lady, what if there is a problem and we need access to the other Techniker room? " Oh no problem, just call me, I am only 2 minutes away!"

Well, My suspicions were right, we need to access the other room.. I call the HausMeister service only to be told " sorry we cant come back".

Telekom bloke got upset and then left!

So, my question is, Do I have the rights to send an invoice to the HausMeiste sevice for the loss of 4 hrs labour charges, Not to mention how long I have to wait on the day of my next appointment!

FYI..

The Office is in the same builing that I live in, House # 55, the door bell is in Haose #55 the door is in house #55, but the letter box is in house #53s Entrance! Hence the confusion where the cabling for this prperty actually terminates!

May be a bit tricky because she only verbally confirmed that she was only 2 minutes away if you needed her to come back. Did the Telekom lad also hear her say that? If so, you may have a chance, if not, then not a chance.

Shit happens in business. Shrug it off and move onto the next problem.

I am inclined to do just that...

BUT I dont want them to forget who actually pays their sallaries.

This is the Tail wagging the Dog!

Make your point clearly but save your gunpowder for the bigger battles.
